Learning Specialist

Key Responsibilities

1. Training Coordination & Logistics

  • Develop and manage the

    training calendar

    , coordinating with internal stakeholders.
  • Handle the

    end-to-end organization of training sessions

    , including scheduling, invitations, room or platform booking, and follow-up.
  • Ensure smooth delivery of both

    in-person and virtual sessions

    , resolving logistical or technical issues as needed.
  • Track attendance and manage participant communications before and after sessions.

2. Enrollment & Administration

  • Manage

    enrollment processes

    through our Learning Management System (Workday).
  • Ensure accurate record-keeping and reporting of participant data, training hours, and completions.
  • Support internal communication of training opportunities and encourage engagement across teams.

3. Content Management & Quality

  • Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) and trainers to

    develop, update, and maintain training content

    (presentations, guides, e-learning modules, etc.).
  • Review materials to ensure they align with organizational standards, branding, and learning objectives.
  • Support continuous improvement of training materials based on participant feedback and emerging needs.

4. Evaluation & Reporting

  • Collect and analyze

    feedback and performance data

    to assess training effectiveness.
  • Prepare regular reports on participation rates, satisfaction scores, and learning outcomes.
  • Propose improvements to optimize training impact and learner experience.Qualifications
  • Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in Learning & Development or training coordination.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with excellent attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with LMS platforms (Workday), content creation tools (Genially) and MS Office tools.
  • Good communication skills and ability to interact effectively with multiple stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design is a plus.
