Job Description

As a Learning Specialist at Sia, a next-generation global management consulting group, your role will involve planning, organizing, and coordinating training programs to ensure a high-quality learning experience for all participants. Your proactive and detail-oriented approach will be instrumental in supporting the Talent Development team. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and manage the training calendar, coordinating with internal stakeholders. - Handle end-to-end organization of training sessions, including scheduling, invitations, and room or platform booking. - Ensure smooth delivery of both in-person and virtual sessions, resolving logistical or technical issues. - Track attendance and manage participant communications before and after sessions. Enrollment & Administration: - Manage enrollment processes through the Learning Management System (Workday). - Maintain accurate record-keeping and reporting of participant data and training hours. - Support internal communication of training opportunities and encourage engagement across teams. Content Management & Quality: - Collaborate with subject matter experts and trainers to develop and update training content. - Review materials to ensure alignment with organizational standards and learning objectives. - Support continuous improvement of training materials based on participant feedback. Evaluation & Reporting: - Collect and analyze feedback and performance data to assess training effectiveness. - Prepare regular reports on participation rates, satisfaction scores, and learning outcomes. - Propose improvements to optimize training impact and learner experience. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field. - 2-4 years of experience in Learning & Development or training coordination. - Strong organizational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail. - Proficiency with LMS platforms (Workday), content creation tools (Genially), and MS Office tools. - Good communication skills and ability to interact effectively with multiple stakeholders.
