Job Description

Job Opening: Sales Trainer Lending Sales

Location:

Sales Trainer from a Lending / BFSI sales background

Job Responsibilities:

Conduct
induction and refresher training
for lending sales teams
Deliver training on
loan products
(Personal Loan, Business Loan, Credit Cards, etc.)
Train agents on
sales pitch, objection handling, and closing techniques
Conduct
role plays, mock calls, and live call evaluations
Provide
floor support and coaching
during nesting
Monitor trainee performance and share
feedback & improvement plans
Ensure adherence to
compliance and process guidelines
Prepare and update
training modules, scripts, and presentations
Coordinate with operations and quality teams for performance improvement

Required Skills & Experience:

On-paper experience as a Sales Trainer is mandatory
Strong knowledge of
Lending / BFSI sales processes
Minimum
1–3 years of experience
as a Sales Trainer (Lending preferred)
Excellent
communication and presentation skills
Experience in
BPO / Call Center sales training
is a plus
Ability to handle
targets, KPIs, and batch performance
