Job Description

  • Design and implement training programs for skill development, particularly for production and operational roles.
  • Organize workshops for leadership, safety, and compliance training.
  • Identify skill gaps and create development plans for employees.
  • Performance Management:
    • Develop and oversee performance appraisal systems.
    • Collaborate with department heads to set and review employee goals and KPIs.
    • Address performance issues with constructive feedback and action plans.
  • Compensation Benefits:
    • Oversee payroll processing, benefits administration, and statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, gratuity, etc.).
    • Conduct periodic salary benchmarking to ensure competitive compensation.
    • Design incentive and reward programs for employee motivation.
  • HR Policies Compliance:
    • Draft, implement, and update HR policies in line with organizational goals and labor regulations.
    • Ensure strict adherence to health and safety standards in the manufacturing environment.
    • Conduct audits to ensure workplace compliance with labor laws.
