Job Description

Design and implement training programs for skill development, particularly for production and operational roles.

Organize workshops for leadership, safety, and compliance training.

Identify skill gaps and create development plans for employees.

Performance Management:

Develop and oversee performance appraisal systems.

Collaborate with department heads to set and review employee goals and KPIs.

Address performance issues with constructive feedback and action plans.

Compensation Benefits:

Oversee payroll processing, benefits administration, and statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, gratuity, etc.).

Conduct periodic salary benchmarking to ensure competitive compensation.

Design incentive and reward programs for employee motivation.

HR Policies Compliance:

Draft, implement, and update HR policies in line with organizational goals and labor regulations.

Ensure strict adherence to health and safety standards in the manufacturing environment.

Conduct audits to ensure workplace compliance with labor laws.
