Chemist Box Private Limited Position: Training & Development manager Location: Various locations in Bihar (Working Location is in patna, boring road) Job Summary: We are seeking a passionate Training & Development manager to support the growth and development of our employees.The Retail Trainer is responsible for developing and delivering comprehensive training programs to our retail staff. This role plays a vital part in ensuring our employees have the knowledge and skills to provide exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets. Skills: Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and motivate learners. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning tools. Ability to assess learner needs and tailor training accordingly. Detailed Responsibilities: Develop and deliver engaging and interactive training sessions on various topics, including product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service. Collaborate with store managers and supervisors to identify training needs and create customized training plans. Conduct on-the-job training and provide coaching to employees to reinforce learning and improve performance. Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments and feedback, making necessary adjustments to improve outcomes. Create and update training materials, including manuals, presentations, and online resources.
