Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Trainer to join our team in the domestic sector. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 6 years of experience in training and development, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and deliver high-quality training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
Conduct needs assessments to identify training gaps and develop targeted solutions.
Collaborate with subject matter experts to create engaging and interactive training content.
Evaluate training program effectiveness and recommend improvements.
Provide coaching and mentoring to junior trainers and employees.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in training and development.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in training and development, preferably in a BPO or call centre environment.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to design and deliver effective training programs.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience with adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
Familiarity with e-learning platforms and authoring tools.
