Job Title: Trainee Recruiter IT / SAP Recruitment for 3 Months Contract

About the Role:


We are looking for proactive and detail-oriented Trainee Recruiters with 1 to 2 years of hands-on experience in SAP or IT recruitment. This role is specifically focused on managing the end-to-end referral hiring process and acting as the single point of contact for referral profiles. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be process-oriented, and capable of working closely with hiring managers and business stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities:


Referral Management:

  • Manage incoming referral resumes and screen profiles based on job requirements.
  • Coordinate and track referral candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Stakeholder Coordination:

  • Share validated profiles directly with hiring managers.
  • Schedule interviews and ensure timely feedback collection.
  • Maintain active communication with stakeholders on referral progress.

Referral Process Ownership:

  • Serve as the single point of contact for referral candidates.
  • Drive timely closures by coordinating across teams and following up effectively.
  • Ensure a seamless and professional candidate experience.

Tracking & Reporting:

  • Maintain and update referral trackers, interview pipelines, and offer statuses.
  • Share weekly MIS reports with hiring metrics and flag any delays or bottlenecks.
  • Ensure accuracy of recruitment data for audits or leadership reviews.

Collaboration & Process Improvement:

  • Identify inefficiencies or delays in the referral process and recommend improvements.
  • Work collaboratively with the TA team to support broader recruitment goals.

Required Skills & Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1 to 2 years of hands-on experience in Technology or SAP recruitment.
  • Strong understanding of SAP roles and IT hiring terminology is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to coordinate and influence stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and familiarity with applicant tracking systems.
  • High attention to detail, organized, and result-oriented.
  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Work Model & Reporting:

  • Location: Hyderabad (Onsite – No remote/hybrid option)
  • Reporting To: Referral Program Manager

Important Instructions:

  • Applicants with more than 2 years of total experience in TA/HR are not eligible.

  • Candidates with prior experience in US IT Recruitment will not be considered.

  • This role is intended only for candidates with 1 to 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.

  • Only those who are available to join immediately and work onsite from Hyderabad should apply.

  • Experience in Technology Hiring or SAP Recruitment is a strong advantage.
