Job Description

Job Description – Mechanical Trainee Engineer
Position - Mechanical Trainee EngineerLocation - GandhinagarSalary - Up to 18k

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the design, development, and testing of mechanical systems, products, and equipment.
Support production teams in process improvement, troubleshooting, and efficiency optimization.
Conduct research and gather data to support engineering projects and decision-making.
Collaborate with senior engineers to prepare technical documentation, reports, and drawings.
Assist in quality checks, inspections, and ensuring adherence to safety and compliance standards.
Participate in installation, commissioning, and maintenance activities when required.
Learn and apply CAD tools, simulation software, and industry-specific technologies.
Work on assigned projects, complete learning modules, and present progress reports.

Key Skills & Competencies:

Strong understanding of mechanical engineering fundamentals.
Knowledge of CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, CATIA, etc.).
Analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and teamwork abilities.
Ability to adapt, learn quickly, and follow instructions.
Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality control.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is preferred.
