Job Summary Propack Technologies Pvt Ltd is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Trainee Engineer to join our team and build a strong foundation in engineering within a dynamic industrial environment. This entry-level position is designed for recent graduates or diploma holders who are eager to apply their academic knowledge to real-world projects. The role involves hands-on experience, cross-departmental training, and active participation in ongoing engineering operations. The selected candidate will work closely with senior engineers and various teams to support project development, troubleshoot technical issues, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Qualification: • Diploma / B.E./ ITI in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, or related field). Skills: • Quick learner with a strong passion for engineering. • Basic understanding of engineering principles and manufacturing processes. • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) • familiarity with CAD software (AutoCAD) is a plus. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to tasks Key Responsibility: • Assist senior engineers in the development, and testing of engineering projects. • Participate in hands-on training across various departments, including Production, Quality Control, and Maintenance. • Support project execution by gathering data, preparing reports, and analyzing performance metrics. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver on objectives. • Learn and apply engineering principles to troubleshoot issues and propose solutions. • Follow safety protocols and maintain compliance with industry standards. • Assist in the documentation of processes, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and technical manuals. • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency.
