Process and Proposal

Propack Technologies Pvt Ltd are looking for a Process & Proposal Engineer who will be responsible for preparing technical proposals, process designs, and cost estimations for pharmaceutical equipment projects. The role involves close coordination with the sales, design, and project teams, as well as direct interaction with clients to understand requirements and provide tailored solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Should have a good knowledge of Auto-CAD. Experience in the field of fabrication of vessels would be preferred. Preparing GA drawing, P&ID drawing and layout drawing
• Hands om experience operating Auto-CAD will be preferred
• Designing, drafting and detail engineering of equipment such as Pressure vessels, Heat Exchangers, Storage Tanks as per ASME / API / TEMA & PED.
• Preparation of mechanical data sheets.
• Ensuring that Designing of equipment is in a cost effective and efficient manner.
• Preparing BOQ and costing
• Engineering Coordination with other department/ client.
• Preparing bill of material or checking of the plant of given projects.
• Review and analyse specifications, sketches, drawings, ideas, and related data to assess factors affecting component designs and the procedures and instructions to be followed.
• Modify and revise designs to correct operating deficiencies or to reduce production problems.
• Preparing Technical & Commercial Offer.

Experience

2-4 years of experience in Auto-Cad (Preferred in Pharma Industry with experience in process vessels, liquid, ointment and Sugar Syrup)

Qualifications

BE Mechanical Engineer / Diploma
