Job Description

As a Process & Proposal Engineer at Propack Technologies Pvt Ltd, your primary responsibility will be to prepare technical proposals, process designs, and cost estimations for pharmaceutical equipment projects. You will closely collaborate with the sales, design, and project teams, while also engaging directly with clients to comprehend their requirements and deliver customized solutions. **Key Responsibilities:** - Proficiency in Auto-CAD is essential, with hands-on experience in the fabrication of vessels being highly preferred. - Create GA drawings, P&ID drawings, and layout drawings. - Design, draft, and detail engineering of equipment like Pressure vessels, Heat Exchangers, and Storage Tanks in adherence to ASME / API / TEMA & PED standards. - Generate mechanical data sheets and ensure cost-effective and efficient equipment designing. - Prepare Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and costing estimations. - Coordinate engineering activities with other departments and clients. - Review specifications, sketches, drawings, and data to evaluate component designs and necessary procedures. - Modify and enhance designs to rectify operational issues or minimize production challenges. - Prepare both Technical and Commercial Offers effectively. **Qualifications:** - Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering or Diploma. - 2-4 years of experience using Auto-CAD, preferably in the Pharma Industry with expertise in process vessels, liquid, ointment, and Sugar Syrup equipment.
