Key Responsibilities:

• Ensuring secretarial compliances for the allocated portfolio companies
• Preparing & filing ROC/MCA forms, drafting board resolutions, notices & meeting minutes, maintenance of statutory registers and records
• Support in compliance checks, audits & legal research
• Help with corporate governance documentation
• Research and article writing
• Assist in Mergers and Acquisitions including NBFCs
• Secretarial Audits , XBRL filings and due diligences
• IPR management, agreement vetting and drafting
• Nidhi Compliances
• Assist in CSR and POSH consulting and compliances

Who Can Apply:

• Pursuing CS (ICSI) – Professional level (EDP completed)
• Strong communication and drafting skills
• Basic knowledge of Companies Act, 2013 & Secretarial Standards
• Detail-oriented and eager to learn
