About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Trainee Business Operations Sales professional to join our team. This is an entry- level position that will provide you with the opportunity to develop a broad skill set in business operations, sales processes, and customer relationship management. As a trainee, you will receive mentorship and training while contributing to the overall sales and operational efficiency of the company.
Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the sales team in the day- to- day operations, ensuring smooth communication and coordination between sales and business operations functions.
  • Support the preparation of sales proposals, presentations, and contracts.
  • Assist in the generation of sales reports and performance analysis to track sales goals and KPIs.
  • Provide administrative support by handling documentation, updating CRM systems, and managing sales data.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to ensure alignment on sales initiatives, campaigns, and product information.
  • Conduct market research and assist in identifying new sales opportunities and potential clients.
  • Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide excellent customer service.
  • Help coordinate and schedule meetings, product demos, and sales follow- ups.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of sales strategies and business operations improvements.
  • Learn about the company s products/services, market trends, and competitors.
  • Attend internal training sessions and workshops to develop key skills in sales, business operations, and customer relationship management.

Requirements

  • A bachelor s degree in business, Marketing, Sales, Finance, Accounts or a related field.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to interact confidently with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines.
  • Collaborative attitude and willingness to work closely with both external sales teams and internal departments (Sales Operations, Procurement, Finance). \Ability to quickly learn new products, services, and sales processes.
  • Flexibility in adapting to the fast- paced nature of the sales environment.
