Pranathi Infra is looking for Telecaller to join our team
Roles and Responsibility

Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
Make outbound calls to promote products or services.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
Meet sales targets and achieve monthly goals.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop new business opportunities.
Provide product information and resolve customer complaints.

Job Requirements

Minimum years of experience in telecalling or sales.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
