Role Description

This is a full-time Telemarketer role located on-site in Jaipur. The Telemarketer will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, scheduling appointments, providing exceptional customer service, and presenting or selling services. The role also involves maintaining detailed records of calls and customer interactions.

Qualifications

• Strong Interpersonal Skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Proficiency in Communication, both verbal and written, for effective client engagement.
• Prior experience in telemarketing, sales, or related fields is preferred but not required.
• Proficiency in computer applications and CRM software is an advantage.
