Job Title: Telecaller (Multilingual – English, Hindi, Marathi)

Location: Qodequay Technologies Pvt. Ltd. Hinjewadi, Pune
Job Type: Full-Time
Experience: 6 months-1 year(minimum required)

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Telecaller who is fluent in English, Hindi, and Marathi. The ideal candidate should be a quick learner, possess excellent communication skills, and be able to handle customer interactions professionally.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and handle inbound inquiries.
• Explain products/services clearly and persuasively to customers.
• Maintain accurate records of calls and customer details in the CRM system.
• Follow up on leads and ensure timely conversion.
• Handle customer queries and resolve issues promptly.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Languages: Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Marathi (spoken and written).
• Excellent verbal communication and listening skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new processes.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric approach.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales will be an advantage.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
