Investment Products & Services Desk Support team

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-end ownership of

  post-trade (T+1)

  processes including:
• Trade booking
• Term sheet generation
• Position consolidation
• Revenue reporting & analysis
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate completion of post-trade activities.
• Design and implement scalable processes to handle increasing trade volumes across regions.
• Contribute to ongoing initiatives in

  desk lifecycle management

  , including potential automation, rollover opportunities, and risk oversight.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Experience:

  1–6 years in Investment Banking, Wealth Management, or Capital Markets operations.

• Education:

  B.Tech / M.Tech / MCA / MBA (Finance) / CA or equivalent.

• Technical Proficiency:

• Strong command over

  Excel

  and basic

  VBA or Python

  programming
• Exposure to structured products, derivative payoffs, and trade lifecycle processes

• Domain Knowledge:

• Good understanding of capital markets, especially structured products and derivatives
• Familiarity with term sheet structures and post-trade workflows

• Mindset:

• Detail-oriented, process-driven, and proactive
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
