Trade Marketing Manager

As a Trade Marketing Manager based in Kakkanad, you will be responsible for developing and executing trade marketing strategies to enhance sales and market share in South India. Your key responsibilities will include leading and mentoring a team of Trade Marketing Executives, managing relationships with retailers and distributors, analyzing market trends, collaborating with the sales team, ensuring brand consistency, and optimizing budget allocation for trade marketing activities. To excel in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (an MBA is preferred) and have 5-7 years of experience in trade marketing, ideally in the FMCG or fashion industry. Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills are essential, along with proficiency in market research and data interpretation. Being tech-savvy with expertise in MS Office tools and willingness to travel extensively across South India are also key requirements.
