Trade Marketing Executive

Role Overview: You will play a crucial role in supporting brand visibility, trade promotions, and market activation initiatives in both on-trade and off-trade channels. This hands-on position is well-suited for a recent graduate who is enthusiastic about brands, sales, and market dynamics. Key Responsibilities: - Execute brand activation activities in retail outlets, bars, pubs, and events. - Coordinate the rollout of in-store visibility elements. - Ensure our products maintain on-shelf presence according to the planogram, aligning with Off Trade Standards of Excellence. - Track and support promotional campaigns, monitoring their performance at the point-of-sale (POS). - Follow the permanent journey plan to our EP / IP On & Off Trade accounts. - Maintain records and ensure the hygiene of POS deployed at various EP / IP accounts. - Assist in creating trade decks and reports to analyze the ROI of activations and promotions. - Ensure that all activities adhere to local laws, particularly alcohol marketing regulations. Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field. - 6 months to 2 years of experience in trade marketing or field marketing. - Strong organizational and communication skills. - Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint. - Comfortable with fieldwork. - Understanding of Alco-bev marketing codes and legal constraints (preferred but not mandatory).
