Job Description

Role & responsibilities

1. Promotional Execution & Management

  • Execute

    and oversee all promotional activities (e.g., in-store sampling, special offers) strictly as per the pre-approved marketing plan, calendar, and guidelines.
  • Ensure all necessary materials, equipment, and stock are delivered to promotional sites on time and in perfect condition.
  • Document the execution of all activities through photos, reports, and attendance sheets, providing immediate feedback on any execution gaps or successes.

2. Staff Supervision & Performance

  • Supervise

    a team of

    promoters

    , managing their attendance, grooming, and adherence to company policies.
  • Conduct on-site performance coaching and training to ensure promoters are knowledgeable about the product, engage customers effectively, and represent the brand positively.
  • Allocate tasks and manage the daily schedules of the promoters team to ensure maximum coverage and efficiency across assigned locations.

3. Merchandising & In-Store Visibility

  • Merchandise

    and arrange products, Point-of-Sale (POS) materials, and displays within

    retail outlets

    as per visual guidelines.
  • Conduct regular audits of shelf presence, display quality, and competitor activity, reporting any service issues or compliance issues immediately.
