Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute trade marketing plans for modern trade, general trade, and key outlets.
• Ensure visibility, branding, and in-store merchandising as per company guidelines.
• Coordinate with Sales teams to drive product placement, schemes, and promotions.
• Plan and monitor BTL activities, market activations, and consumer promotions.
• Track distributor/retailer performance and support sales targets.
• Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights.
• Prepare weekly/monthly reports on marketing activities and ROI.
• Manage POSM materials, vendor coordination, and budgets.

Key Skills:

• Strong knowledge of FMCG trade channels.
• Experience in merchandising, visibility, and BTL execution.
• Good communication & coordination skills.
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel & reporting.
• Ability to work with sales teams and meet deadlines.

Qualification & Experience:

• Graduate/MBA preferred.
• 2–5 years experience in FMCG Trade Marketing / Sales / BTL.
