Trade Marketing Executive

You will be responsible for supporting brand visibility, trade promotions, and market activation initiatives across on-trade and off-trade channels. This role is suitable for a recent graduate who is passionate about brands, sales, and market dynamics. - Assist in executing brand activation activities in retail outlets, bars, pubs, and events. - Coordinate the rollout of in-store visibility elements. - Ensure on-shelf presence of products as per planogram in line with Off Trade Standards of Excellence. - Track and support promotional campaigns and monitor their performance at point-of-sale (POS). - Follow the permanent journey plan to EP / IP On & Off Trade accounts. - Maintain records and hygiene of POS deployed at various EP / IP accounts. - Assist in creating trade decks and reports analyzing the ROI of activations and promotions. - Ensure all activities comply with local laws, especially alcohol marketing regulations. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field. - 02 years of experience in trade marketing, field marketing, or sales (internships count). - Strong organizational and communication skills. - Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint. - Comfortable with fieldwork. - Understanding of Alco-bev marketing codes and legal constraints (preferred but not mandatory). The company prefers candidates who are passionate about the Alco-bev industry and consumer trends, detail-oriented, proactive, with a can-do attitude, and capable of working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.,
