• Identify and develop partnerships with pharmacies, diagnostic centers, clinics, and corporate agents for patient referrals.
  
• Plan and execute promotional campaigns, medical camps, and awareness programs.
  
• Maintain strong relationships with referring doctors, chemists, and external healthcare partners.
  
• Monitor competitor activities and develop counter-marketing strategies.
  
• Manage branding and visibility at trade points (clinics, pharmacies, diagnostic centers, etc.).
  
• Track ROI and generate periodic marketing performance reports.
  
• Support digital and offline promotional activities as part of the hospitals overall marketing plan.

• Coordinate with insurance companies and TPAs (Third Party Administrators) for hospital empanelments.
  
• Promote hospital services to insured patients through tie-ups with insurance networks and corporates.
  
• Liaise with internal billing and finance teams for pre-authorization and claim settlement processes.
  
• Conduct periodic visits to insurance companies and TPAs for relationship management.
  
• Organize corporate health check-up drives and awareness sessions.

• Build partnerships with nearby hospitals, clinics, corporates, schools, and industries for ambulance services.
  
• Promote ambulance services through awareness campaigns, community programs, and emergency drills.
  
• Coordinate with the hospitals emergency department for prompt ambulance dispatch and service quality.
