Trade Marketing Executive

As an Assistant in the Trade Marketing team at Inbrew Beverages, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Trade Marketing Manager in creating and executing trade marketing strategies. Your responsibilities will include: - Creating data-driven strategies for new and growing markets - Conducting consistent market research to identify trends, consumer reception, and competitor strategies - Collaborating with the sales team to ensure alignment with business goals - Building strong relationships with retail partners and distributors - Monitoring retail execution to ensure compliance with organizational ethics and standards - Tracking strategy performance and sales data - Providing recommendations to improve future executions - Regularly preparing trade marketing performance reports Qualifications and Experience: - Education: Preferably MBA/PGDM in marketing, business, economics, or related fields - Experience: 2+ years experience with CRM, SEO, Digital analytics tools, preferably in the Alcobev space or FMCG - Strong understanding of distributor networks Skills and Competencies: - A proactive can-do attitude - Passion for brand building - Ability to handle numerous projects - Ability to take initiative and drive change - Knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance requirements across different jurisdictions - Strong understanding of metrics and a data-driven mindset - Knack for cross-functional collaboration - Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite Additionally, Inbrew Beverages is a leading alcobev organization with a proud 50-year legacy in the alcoholic beverages industry.
