Trade Marketing Executive

You will be responsible for building and driving the training and development need assessment policy, processes, and templates for the region. You will assess collated training needs to segregate them into current and future needs. Additionally, you will create a regional strategy and action plan for training and developing talent within the region. Your role will involve assessing and building the budget and resource requirement list to facilitate the execution of the training and development action plan. You will drive awareness and interest in sales training across the region and evaluate the sales process to provide feedback on gaps and suggest productivity improvements. Furthermore, you will create sales-related content by benchmarking with competition and observing gaps during field visits. You will deliver sales training using varied learning methodologies and conduct sales training orientation for new joiners. As part of your responsibilities, you will ideate and scout for developmental activities beyond classroom training and build processes and templates to track training effectiveness. You will track and monitor training effectiveness and ROI, resolving any specific problems that may arise as trends on training effectiveness. You will also be required to share training effectiveness reports with relevant internal stakeholders, maintain a keen understanding of training trends across industries and within the industry, and track and follow best practices on training and development. Lastly, you will be expected to ideate ways to incorporate the best practices into the current training and development initiatives.,
