Role & responsibilities

  • Design and maintain compensation frameworks aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Conduct job evaluations, salary benchmarking, and internal equity analysis.
  • Manage annual compensation reviews, merit increases, and incentive programs.
  • Work force optimization and payroll processing
  • Oversee end-to-end benefits programs.
  • Generate compensation and benefits reports, dashboards, and analytics through ZingHR and Excel.
  • Administer and optimize compensation and payroll processes using ZingHR.
  • Provide insights to management for data-driven decision-making.

Preferred candidate profile

Postgraduate with 10 - 15 years of experience
