Job Role:

Compensation and Benefits

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and analyse compensation and benefits data.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws related to statutory payouts and contributions (PF, ESIC, Bonus, etc.).
• Manage Total rewards processes, Markey survey, Employee Value proposition.
• Support the design and implementation of compensation policies.
• Collaborate with payroll and HR teams on statutory records and reporting.
• Conduct salary benchmarking and market research.
• Drive continuous improvements in total rewards programs.
• The candidate has a clear understanding of the DL and IDL compensation structures and minimum wages

Qualification & Experience:

• 2 to 7 years

  of relevant experience in Compensation & Benefits or Total Rewards.
• Understanding of the Total rewards processes, Markey survey, Employee Value proposition.
• Candidates with a bachelor’s or master’s degree from Tier 1 or Tier 2 institutes (such as IIMs, NMIMS, SIBM, XISS, XIMB, TISS, etc.) with 1 to 3 years of experience will also be considered.

• Experience in Electronics Manufacturing industry

  will be a strong advantage.
