Job Purpose
The position will be responsible for all locations across Hindalco in terms of design, development, implementation, and enhancement of ERP systems and custom bolt-on on top of ERP.Integration and Interfacing of Third-Party Solution with the ERP ensuring seamless system integration. Digitalization of the existing process to automate and minimize manual work. Testing of the solution/programs and providing the End-User training for the ERP standard and bolt-on applications.Techno-Functional Support of Finance module & Misc. Sales to the users of Branches/Plants/Godown of all locations for both the businesses Aluminium & Copper wherever Ekayaan is implemented.

Application Development
Development of new applications and bolt-on in ERP.
- Mapping of the Business Requirement
- Creating the Design Document, Workflows and take user signoff.

- UAT testing and getting Signoff from the User
- Migration of the developed solution in Production and doing necessary setups in the production.
- Preparation of user guide, system manual, UPK (User Productivity Kit) etc.

Project Management and Digitalization, Industry 4.0
Ongoing Application Support through HSD
Digitalization and Integration of the Third Party Solutions to minimize manual intervention in transactions.
- To move from Paper based communication to paperless communication through digitalization.

- Quest-To-Travel Integration with Ekaayan- ERP for Bil Passing and Tracking.

- Providing Support for day-to-day enhancements required in existing standard components of Oracle Applications through HSD.
- Enhancements of custom and in-house developed components.
- Tuning/optimization of existing components to achieve better performance.
- Coordinating with Oracle support for TAR (Technical Assistance Requests)
- Coordination with core team as well as end users for proper testing of software components
- Coordination with DBA for migration of components to Production environment.
- Maintaining the technical documentation in line with changing code
- Developing User Awareness on the customized Solution Provided and mapping of the same with Business processes.
- Continuously and proactively working with Business for Books Closing.
