Job Summary

We are looking for a highly capable

TIA Engineer

with strong expertise in test engineering, yield tracking, and failure analysis within an electronics manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will collaborate with overseas customers, support test process development, and drive continuous improvement in testing performance and quality.

Key Responsibilities

Test Process & System Knowledge:

  • Strong knowledge of mobile test stations used in production testing and diagnostics.
  • Support test station bring-up, validation, and troubleshooting.

Customer Collaboration

  • Work closely with overseas customers to define, create, and optimize test processes.
  • Support customer audits, review meetings, and technical discussions.

Yield Monitoring & Analysis

  • Track yield performance on a daily basis and identify key indicators affecting quality.
  • Highlight yield dips and work with CFT teams to drive corrective actions.

Test Issue Management

  • Conduct internal and external meetings regarding test issues and failures.
  • Lead FA (Failure Analysis) tracking using customer MIL (Manufacturing Issue List).
  • Follow up with cross-functional teams (CFT) to ensure timely closure of issues.

Documentation & Reporting

  • Maintain detailed FA trackers and FA summary reports across all phases.
  • Prepare weekly bridge reports and Top 5 Error Code Summary reports for customer and internal review.
  • Ensure proper documentation and traceability for all test-related activities.

Technical Expertise

  • Knowledge of line bring-up procedures, GRR, CPK, distribution analysis, and test policy adherence.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance test robustness and reduce recurring issues.

Communication & Coordination

  • Strong communication skills for effective interaction with internal teams, customers, and global counterparts.
  • Ability to present issues, analyses, and improvement plans clearly.

Qualifications

  • Experience in EMS/electronics manufacturing environments preferred.
  • Strong understanding of test engineering principles.
  • Good analytical, documentation, and coordination skills.
