Job Responsibilities 1.1 In charge of overall NPI & MP Quality team development (including: PQE/SQE/PQC/QS/c-ORT)； 1.2 Plan/Manage the overall TQM quality system ; 1.3 Take overall duties of clients/customers service (keep close communication&collaboration) ; 1.4 Drive and mointor the quality activities on new business/new technical skills/new manufacture process/trial-production(NPI build)/mass production(MP) ; 1.5 Cross functional management, collaborate with other engineering function teams ; 1.6 Manage multi-projects from end to end, including progress tracking & project quality.
