🎯 Role Mandate

The Head – Private Wealth, UHNI & Family Office will build, lead, and scale OngoleBulls’ Private Wealth & Family Office platform, serving India’s most discerning wealth creators through deep advisory, institutional-grade investment solutions, and multi-generational capital stewardship.

This is a foundational leadership role intended for professionals who have already led prominent Private Wealth or Family Office offices and are now looking to build a scalable, high-trust platform with long-term equity upside.

🧭 Key Responsibilities

1. UHNI & Private Wealth Leadership

• Lead relationships with UHNI & promoter families (₹25 Cr – ₹500 Cr+ net worth)

• Act as principal advisor and strategic capital partner to business owners, CXOs, and legacy families

• Deliver white-glove, high-confidentiality advisory experiences

• Set the tone, culture, and standards for OngoleBulls’ Private Wealth practice

2. Family Office Advisory & Structuring

• Advise UHNI families on:

• Single / Virtual / Multi-Family Office structures

• Asset allocation across operating businesses, financial assets & alternates

• Family governance, succession planning & family constitutions

• Work closely with legal, tax, estate planning, trust & succession advisors

• Structure compliant India + global investment exposure for UHNI clients

3. Investment Strategy & Portfolio Oversight

• Lead UHNI investment solutions across:

• PMS & AIF strategies

• Direct equities & special situations

• Private equity, pre-IPO & unlisted opportunities

• Structured credit, alternates & global products

• Build customized portfolios aligned to:

• Capital preservation

• Alpha & long-term growth

• Yield & cash-flow stability

• Legacy, philanthropy & impact objectives

4. UHNI Desk Economics & Revenue Ownership

• Own Private Wealth & UHNI desk P&L

• Drive revenues via:

• Advisory retainers & strategic fees

• PMS / AIF trail & performance fees

• Structuring, transaction & placement fees

• Build sticky, multi-cycle AUM that enhances enterprise valuation

• Focus on depth of relationship, not volume of clients

5. Team Building & Advisory Excellence

• Build and mentor:

• Senior UHNI Relationship Managers

• Family Office Analysts

• Investment & research support teams

• Establish institutional advisory processes, review cadence & governance

• Create a high-integrity, low-noise, long-term wealth culture

6. Digital Platform & Advisory Integration

• Integrate UHNI advisory with OngoleBulls’:

• Live client dashboards

• Portfolio & goal-allocation engines

• Advisor workflow & reporting systems

• Translate complex UHNI portfolios into clear, intelligent, client-friendly reporting

• Ensure data privacy, discretion & compliance-first governance

• Represent OngoleBulls at:

• UHNI & Family Office forums

• Closed-door investor & promoter roundtables

• Strategic capital & wealth discussions

• Build a referral-led UHNI acquisition engine

• Position OngoleBulls as a serious, institution-grade private wealth firm

👤 Ideal Candidate Profile

Experience

• 12–20+ years in:

• Private Wealth Management

• UHNI Advisory

• Family Office leadership

• Must have previously led or headed a prominent Private Wealth office, Family Office, or UHNI desk, such as:

• Head / Regional Head – Private Wealth

• Head – Family Office Advisory

• Senior leadership role in PMS / AIF / Private Banking platforms

• Proven experience managing large, complex UHNI portfolios and promoter families

• Investment banks or PE-linked wealth advisory setups
