Job Title: TGT Computer Teacher Location: India Work Mode: On-site Role Responsibilities Develop and implement engaging computer science curriculum for students. Conduct lectures and demonstrations on various computer topics. Assess student understanding through regular quizzes and assignments. Provide individualized support to students to enhance their learning experience. Integrate technology into daily lessons to encourage interactive learning. Maintain a positive and collaborative classroom environment. Organize and oversee computer-related extracurricular activities. Facilitate parent-teacher meetings to discuss student progress. Stay updated with the latest technological advancements and educational tools. Prepare monthly reports on student performance and curriculum effectiveness. Collaborate with fellow teachers to enhance interdisciplinary learning. Establish classroom rules and procedures in line with educational standards. Monitor and manage classroom behavior through positive reinforcement strategies. Participate in staff training sessions and professional development workshops. Ensure the classroom infrastructure is maintained and functional. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Education, or a related field. Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in computer education. Strong understanding of computer systems and software. Proficient in using various educational technologies and tools. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to inspire and motivate students. Proven experience in classroom management. Certification in teaching methodologies or computer education is a plus. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work collaboratively with peers and administration. Commitment to continuous professional development. Understanding of diverse learning needs and adaptability in teaching methods. Proficient in curriculum design and instructional strategies. Knowledge of assessment techniques and student evaluation. Experience with remote learning platforms is an advantage.
