About The Opportunity

• Plan and deliver computer science lessons aligned to the prescribed board curriculum for grades 6–10, integrating theory with hands-on coding exercises.
• Develop comprehensive lesson plans, presentations, and digital learning resources (e-modules, simulations, coding labs) to reinforce key concepts.
• Assess and evaluate student performance through quizzes, projects, and exams; provide constructive feedback to support academic growth.
• Utilize e-learning platforms and interactive tools to foster a collaborative and tech-enabled classroom environment.
• Maintain accurate records of attendance, grades, and student progress; communicate regularly with parents and guardians.
• Participate in faculty meetings, curriculum development sessions, and co-curricular activities (coding clubs, hackathons, robotics workshops).
  

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering, B.Sc. in Computer Science, plus B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a TGT Computer Science teacher in CBSE, ICSE, or equivalent boards.
• Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, and C++; solid understanding of data structures and algorithms.
• Experience with digital teaching tools and learning management systems (Google Classroom, Moodle, MS Teams).
• Exceptional classroom management skills and ability to engage diverse learners.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with a student-centered teaching approach.
  

Preferred

• Experience teaching across multiple education boards, including state and international curricula.
• Involvement in coding clubs, robotics teams, or STEM outreach programs.
• Certifications in ICT education, educational technology, or relevant pedagogy workshops.
