Indo Wings Pvt. Ltd. is a dynamic and innovative organization specializing in advanced drone technologies and electronic systems. Our PCB department plays a critical role in developing and delivering reliable, high-performance circuit solutions for a range of aerial platforms and embedded systems.

Role Overview:

As a Test & Verification Engineer, you will be responsible for validating the functionality, performance, and reliability of PCB assemblies and systems. You will work closely with the design and hardware teams to ensure that all PCBs meet functional requirements and industry standards through rigorous testing and verification procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and execute test plans, procedures, and test cases for PCB assemblies and systems.
• Conduct functional, performance, environmental, and stress testing on PCB prototypes and final products.
• Develop automated test setups and tools for efficient verification and debugging.
• Identify and troubleshoot issues in PCB designs, collaborating with design engineers to resolve them.
• Document all test results, prepare technical reports, and maintain quality records.
• Support root cause analysis and corrective actions for test failures or field issues.
• Ensure compliance with relevant standards (IPC, ISO, etc.) and internal quality protocols.
• Participate in design reviews and provide feedback from a testing/verification perspective.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (hardware, firmware, QA) to ensure end-to-end validation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics/Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• 1–4 years of hands-on experience in PCB testing and verification.
• Strong knowledge of analog/digital circuit testing, debugging tools (oscilloscopes, multimeters, logic analyzers).
• Experience with automated test setups and scripting (Python, LabVIEW, etc.) is a plus.
• Familiarity with PCB design software (Altium, Eagle, etc.) is advantageous.
• Knowledge of industry standards and quality protocols (IPC, ISO 9001).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and documentation skills.
