Test Engineer

Job Title : Test Engineer (4+ Years of Experience) Overview We are looking for a skilled Test Engineer with 4+ years of experience to join our team. This role involves designing and executing test plans, developing test automation scripts, identifying defects, and collaborating with development teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality products. Key Responsibilities Test Planning & Execution: Design and execute test plans, cases, and scripts based on project requirements. Test Automation: Develop and maintain automated test scripts to improve efficiency and ensure thorough coverage. Defect Identification & Reporting: Track and report defects, working with developers to ensure timely resolution. Collaboration: Work closely with developers and product managers to understand requirements and provide feedback. Documentation: Maintain detailed records of test cases, test results, and defect reports. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to enhancing testing practices. Required Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Experience: 4+ years of experience in software testing (manual and automated). Technical Skills: Proficiency in test automation tools (e.g., Selenium) and knowledge of programming languages like *, Python, or *Script. Familiarity with + and bug tracking tools like JIRA is required. Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Strong attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot complex issues. Communication Skills: Effective verbal and written communication skills for reporting test findings. Preferred Skills Experience with mobile application testing (iOS/Android) is a plus.
