About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Territory Sales Manager to handle sales operations across Kollam, Pathanamthitta and Thiruvananthapuram. The candidate should be experienced in team management, sales coordination, and business development within the region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the sales team across assigned territories.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers and distributors.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations and timely reporting.
• Achieve sales targets and monitor market trends.

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of sales experience.
• Experience in the plywood or building materials industry will be an added advantage.
• Candidates currently working as Area Sales Manager (ASM) are preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
• Willing to travel within the assigned region.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
