About the Role:
We are seeking a senior-level sales leader to head our entire sales operations across North Kerala. The General Manager – Sales will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing a large sales team, and expanding our market presence. This is a senior management position requiring strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and extensive experience in field sales. Regular travel across the region will be required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the regional sales team to achieve business goals.
• Develop and execute effective sales and market expansion strategies.
• Identify new business opportunities and strengthen channel partnerships.
• Maintain strong relationships with key customers and distributors.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and prepare sales forecasts.
• Collaborate with internal departments for smooth business operations.

Requirements:

• Graduate / Postgraduate (MBA preferred).
• 20+ years of experience in Sales, with 5+ years in a senior or regional leadership role.
• Experience in Building Materials, or similar industries preferred.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively across North Kerala.
• Candidates from Thrissur or Malappuram preferred.
