Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager – Sales to lead our sales operations, drive revenue growth, and expand our market presence. Key Responsibilities: •⁠ ⁠Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and expand the market. •⁠ ⁠Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to meet performance targets. •⁠ ⁠Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, contractors, and project developers. •⁠ ⁠Monitor market trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities. •⁠ ⁠Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction. •⁠ ⁠Prepare and present sales forecasts, budgets, and reports to senior management.
