BRIDGE GROUP is shaping some of Hyderabad’s most iconic villa and ultra-luxury plotting projects. As we expand, we’re looking for an experienced and dynamic General Manager – Sales to drive sales strategy, build high-performing teams, and take our projects to new heights.
✅ What You’ll Do
• Develop & execute end-to-end sales strategies for premium plotting and villa projects
• Lead, mentor & motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed targets
• Build strong relationships with HNIs, channel partners & institutional clients
• Collaborate closely with marketing, CRM & senior leadership to align business goals
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to keep our offerings ahead
🎯 Who You Are
• 10+ years of proven sales leadership experience in real estate, preferably luxury plotting & villa segments
• Deep understanding of the Hyderabad real estate market & customer expectations
• Strong network of channel partners & direct clients
• Excellent negotiation, communication & team management skills
• Results-driven, strategic thinker & passionate about real estate
