Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Sales Manager to lead our high-value residential sales portfolio. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in selling luxury real estate (₹3 Cr and above) and a deep understanding of HNI and UHNI customer behavior. This role demands strategic thinking, strong relationship-building skills, and a track record of consistently achieving sales targets in the premium housing segment.
Key Responsibilities
Drive end-to-end sales of luxury residential properties (₹3 Cr+ segment).
Develop and execute sales strategies to target HNI, UHNI, and NRI clients.
Build, nurture, and sustain long-term client relationships through personalized engagement.
Collaborate with marketing teams to create impactful campaigns and events for high-value client acquisition.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and buyer preferences to refine sales approaches.
Lead, mentor, and motivate sales teams to achieve collective goals.
Ensure seamless client experience from inquiry to closure and post-sales support.
Represent Bridge Group India at luxury expos, networking forums, and industry events.
Requirements
Minimum 10 years of experience in luxury real estate sales.
Proven track record in selling high-value properties (₹3 Cr+).
Strong network of HNI, UHNI, and NRI clients.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Deep understanding of the Hyderabad real estate market, with exposure to luxury residential projects.
Leadership skills with experience in mentoring and managing sales teams.
