Territory Sales Manager

Role Overview:

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Territory Sales Manager / Sr. Territory Sales Manager to expand our gastroenterology product portfolio in Jaipur. The role involves building strong hospital partnerships, driving channel partner performance, and consistently achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve sales growth and increase market share within the assigned territory.
• Build and manage strong relationships with hospitals, KOLs, and channel partners.
• Monitor competition and implement effective strategies to drive business.
• Forecast and manage sales funnels with clear weekly, monthly, and quarterly targets.
• Ensure timely reporting and compliance with organizational policies.

Candidate Profile:

• Proven sales and market development experience in the MedTech or healthcare sector.
• Strong track record of delivering results through both personal effort and channel partner management.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Pharmacy.
