Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Territory Sales Manager to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank. Roles and Responsibility Manage and develop relationships with government and TASC business clients. Identify new business opportunities and expand existing client relationships. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business goals. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the market. Provide excellent customer service and support to clients. Job Requirements Proven experience in territory sales management, preferably in BFSI industry. Strong knowledge of liabilities, branch banking, and institutional banking. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience working with government and TASC business clients is an added advantage.
