Territory Sales Manager

As an ideal candidate for this role, you will be responsible for: - Handling and managing both B2B and B2C business - Creating and implementing sales strategies for the allotted area - Developing and executing business plans - Managing the daily operations of sales in the respective territory - Monitoring sales success rate and customer satisfaction - Handling M.I.S for competition and market data - Managing standard operating procedures - Targeting the right customer audiences - Managing customer/dealer relationships - Budgeting for sales and business - Providing sales training and modules You should possess the following skills: - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to understand business/sales strategy and help achieve set objectives/goals - Leadership skills to lead the company to achieve the set vision for the particular territory - Analytical skills to review data, interpret statistics, and other measurable sales metrics - Technical skills, proficient in basic computer knowledge and able to prepare sales and marketing dashboards and business administrative information - Planning and execution capabilities - Good listener - Excellent team worker - Effective time management and organizational skills to meet project milestones, deadlines, and set goals - Customer service-oriented approach - Strong persuasive skills for closing deals If you require any additional information about the company, please let me know.,
