Job Description

Job Title: Territory Sales Manager – Generic Pharmaceuticals

He will be responsible for achieving sales targets, expanding market presence, and managing customer relationships for generic pharma products within Gujrat, India.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Develop new business and maintain strong relationships with distributors and stockists.
  • Conduct product detailing, distributors visit, and promotional activities.
  • Monitor product availability, distributor performance, and market trends.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and ensure compliance with industry and company guidelines.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy/Science; MBA preferred.
  • 2–5 years of pharmaceutical sales experience, ideally in generics.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and territory management skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹301,924.47 - ₹790,639.56 per year
