Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Territory Sales Manager (B2B/C) based in Ahmedabad. The Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients, building strong business relationships with society management bodies and other stakeholders, and achieving sales targets. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing the sales pipeline, conducting presentations, negotiating contracts, and providing post-sales support to clients. The role requires a candidate who thrives on meeting goals, works effectively with cross-functional teams, and demonstrates excellent interpersonal and communication skills to represent NoBrokerHood’s solutions.

Qualifications

  • Proven sales and negotiation skills with experience in B2B and B2C sales
  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities
  • Proficiency in market research, business development, and lead generation
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Capable of working independently in an on-site, target-driven environment
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting is preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is desirable
  • Prior experience in the PropTech or SaaS industry is an added advantage
