Territory Sales Manager - Auto loan

As a Two Wheeler Sales Manager, your primary responsibility will involve managing two-wheeler operations through dealers in the market. This includes empaneling new two-wheeler dealers, DSA, and DST to expand market reach. You will be held accountable for the sales performance and team productivity, ensuring that sales targets are met. Conducting regular training sessions for all channels and team members on products, policies, and market changes is also part of your role. Your role will also involve coordinating business promotional activities with the channels to enhance visibility and drive sales. It will be your responsibility to monitor channels and team members for quality sourcing and maintaining a healthy portfolio. Regular interaction with the credit team to secure business approvals and staying updated on competitor products, policies, and market strategies will be essential.
