Role Overview
We are hiring a Senior Sales Professional to manage solar product sales across the assigned territory. This is an individual contributor role responsible for achieving sales targets, developing channel partners, and driving business growth in the region – Team will be assigned as per requirements and position offered after process.
Key Responsibilities
• Drive solar product sales within the assigned territory.
• Identify and onboard new distributors, EPC partners, and channel associates.
• Generate leads and convert them into revenue opportunities.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and channel partners.
• Conduct product demos, meetings, and negotiations.
• Track market trends, competitor activities, and pricing.
• Prepare regular sales reports and updates for management.
Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in solar sales or related industry.
• Strong network of channel partners, EPC companies, or dealers.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage field activities.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the region.
