Job Description

Role Overview: As a Territory Sales Manager - Mass Retail at Airtel, you will be responsible for driving sales and end-to-end customer service in your assigned territory. Your role will involve increasing market share, revenue, executing the Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy, and fostering relationships with channel partners to enhance business for Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) mass retail. Key Responsibilities: - Drive revenue growth by focusing on new and existing channel partners, expanding the company's footprint, and optimizing the sales and distribution network within the territory. - Strengthen the distribution ecosystem through increased Below-the-Line (BTL) activities, effective coverage, and merchandising to ensure brand visibility and achieve sales targets. - Implement processes to enhance customer experience, satisfaction, and issue resolution while ensuring compliance with policies and customer Service Level Agreements (SLAs). - Manage and expand channel/distributor network, form partnerships, and train partners on product features and sales techniques. - Lead the territory team, update their knowledge base, coordinate with Zonal/Area managers, and anchor trainings for team member development. - Collaborate with central functions like marketing, finance, and HR to ensure alignment with company policies.
