Role Overview:
We are seeking an energetic and result-driven Territory manager to join our Hope sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads, qualifying prospects, managing inbound inquiries, and driving product sales across our designated territory with channel partners. You will play a critical role in supporting our revenue growth and expanding Hope’s footprint.
Key Responsibilities:
· Engage with inbound leads and follow up on marketing-generated opportunities.
· Conduct outbound calls and emails to qualify prospects and schedule product demos.
· Understand customer requirements and present solutions effectively.
· Maintain a high level of product knowledge to provide expert guidance to prospects.
· Work closely with the field sales/channel, marketing, and technical teams to drive conversion.
· Manage and update CRM systems regularly to track interactions and sales progress.
· Responsible for order processing, database management, and regular reporting.
· Nurture accounts to identify up-sell or cross-sell opportunities.
· Support webinars, campaigns, and promotional initiatives as part of lead generation efforts.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in any field.
· 2–4 years of experience in inside sales, preferably in B2B software/SaaS/Design software.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – written and verbal.
· Strong presentation and persuasion abilities.
· Comfortable using CRM tools
· Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive in follow-ups.
· Ability to understand technical products and communicate their value to different buyer personas.
Good to Have:
· Experience selling CAD/3D design software.
· Familiarity with design workflows in AEC, interior design, or manufacturing.
· Prior experience in working with resellers/channel partners is a plus.
