Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Territory Business Manager to lead our Transplant and Renal Care team. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 7 years of experience in the biotechnology industry, preferably with Eris Lifesciences Limited.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement effective business strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market share.
Manage and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including hospitals and medical professionals.
Conduct market research and analyze competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new products and services.
Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Monitor and report on sales performance and provide insights to improve future sales.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in sales and marketing within the biotechnology industry.
Strong knowledge of the transplant and renal care market, including current trends and developments.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on achieving sales targets.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
Experience working with hospitals and medical professionals, focusing on providing excellent customer service.
